Make payments with MyAccount
Easily make payments and manage your account online through Commercial MyAccount. You can:
- Schedule timely payments with Commercial MyAccount Auto Pay.
- Use points from My GM Rewards toward your account.
- Get account help at your fingertips.
- Go paperless to reduce clutter.
Paying your bill by mail requires a personal check or money order and a payment coupon. You can find a payment coupon at the bottom of your billing statement.
Steps to pay
Send the following items using regular or overnight mail:
- If paying one account:
- Check or money order (payable to GM Financial) with your GM Financial account number
- Payment coupon
- If paying multiple accounts:
- Check or money order (payable to GM Financial)
- Payment coupon
- Payment allocation form

Automatic Payments
We offer two ways to make recurring automatic payments for commercial customers:
1. MyAccount — quickly and flexibly arrange one-time payments or Auto Pay recurring payments.
2. Auto Debit — authorize GM Financial to arrange automatic payments from your bank account.
Alternatives to MyAccount Auto Pay take time to go into effect.
Steps to pay
To enroll:
1. Download the Auto Debit Authorization Agreement from the document center.
2. Mail, email or fax the completed Agreement and voided check. If mailing, staple your check to your Agreement. If emailing or faxing, please scan both sides of your check.

Lease customers, please note:
∙ If you have a payment due before the first auto debit, make a payment using another method to avoid late fees. You can pay online, by mail or by phone.
∙ To cancel your participation, call 1-800-284-2271. Make sure to cancel at least 10 days before your payment due date to ensure cancellation.
∙ If you cancel auto debit, you are still responsible for your monthly payment on or before your assigned due date.
∙ Payments take a minimum of 10 days to go into effect.
Phone
Paying your bill by phone requires using your bank account. It may take up to two business days for your payment to post to your GM Financial account. Fees may apply.*
*ACI Payments Inc. is a third party that charges you a fee for its payment services. Its fee may vary, is subject to change and is not included in the payment amount. It is deducted from your bank account as a separate transaction.

Please have the following information available when you call:
∙ GM Financial account number
∙ Name of your banking institution
∙ Checking account number, routing number and current check number
Payments go into effect the day they are made but still may take up to two business days to post to your account.
You can pay an amount less than $3,000 by phone.
Cash (Wire Transfer)
There are two ways to pay your bill with cash: Western Union® and MoneyGram®. This option allows payments to post quickly.
Both Western Union and MoneyGram charge a fee for their services.
Western Union
Provide the appropriate information on the Quick Collect® form at your nearest Western Union location:
- Biller name: GM Financial
- GM Financial account number
Keep the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) you receive for your records. GM Financial does not charge a fee for this service, but Western Union does.
MoneyGram
Visit the MoneyGram website and provide the appropriate information:
- Biller name
- Purchase - GM Financial
- Lease - GM Financial Leasing
- GM Financial account number
- Receive code
- Purchase - 2583
- Lease - 12424
GM Financial does not charge a fee for this service, but MoneyGram does.
Credit Card (Wire Transfer)
There are two ways to pay your bill with credit card — Western Union® and MoneyGram®. This option allows payments to post quickly.
Both Western Union and MoneyGram charge a fee for their services.
Western Union
