Lease end
Explore lease-end options
When your commercial lease ends, choose the option that works best for your business. You can buy your vehicle, turn it in or lease a new one.
The GM dealership where you leased your commercial vehicle can help you lease or buy a new GM vehicle. They can also help you purchase or return your current commercial vehicle.
Purchase your leased vehicle
If your vehicle is still working for you, purchase it at any point in your lease.
Your GM Financial lease agreement states that you have the option to buy your leased vehicle from a GM Financial designated party. We do not currently process lease purchase requests through non-GM dealerships. Message your dealer for details.
Make turn-in easy
Your GM dealership can help you turn in your commercial vehicle.
You may be charged a disposition fee, which prepares your vehicle for resale. This may be waived if you buy or lease a new GM vehicle or exercise the purchase option of the lease agreement. Take an odometer statement with you to the dealership.
Upgrade your fleet
New GM models offer the latest in technology, reliability, safety and economy. See the latest GM models.
Closed-end lease
Schedule a pre-return inspection at your home, office or the dealership within 120 days of lease end. Following inspection, you receive a report on wear and use and learn how much you might owe.
To discuss your options, call us at 1-855-501-5563 or text BIZ to 53721. Message and data rates may apply.
Open-end lease
At lease end, a vehicle inspection is not required. And you can purchase or turn in your vehicle with fewer lease-end fees. Simply choose what works best for your business.
Make sure your fleet is covered with a data-driven maintenance program. And support your fleet with access to a national network of 100,000-plus shops.
